【妖怪説明】
宮城県刈田郡曲竹村(現・蔵王町大字曲竹)に伝わる。
「白九頭龍(しらくづりゅう)大明神社」の由来は、頭が九つある白い竜蛇がおり空に飛び上がって行ったことからだという。
また別の説では、錦戸太郎国衡(藤原国衡)の亡骸を埋めた上に建てたもので、彼の城が落ちた(城崩れ)とするものもある。

【Kuzu Hakuryu -Nine-headed white dragon-】
It is said to be in Magaritake Village, Karita County, Miyagi Prefecture (now Magaritake, Zao Town).
The name "Shirakuzuryu Daimyojin Shrine" is said to come from a nine-headed white dragon snake that flew up into the sky.
Another theory states that the shrine was built on top of the body of Nishikido Taro Kunihira (Fujiwara Kunihira), after his castle had fallen.
